Who is Neil Armstrong. Neil Armstrong lived in in Ohio. When he was young his family moved sixteen times before he was thirteen. When he was in college the Navy picked him to be with them. Neil earned his pilots license when he was fifteen. A few years later he was the first man who walked on the moon. I don’t know when he died but I know how he died. He died from a heart attack   5 years ago.
